Timetable updates
Good afternoon
Thank you to all the parents and guardians who completed the online survey. As I am sure you will understand timetabling of pupils and available staff for the upcoming weeks has been detailed and complex. This afternoon we sent the remaining emails for all those who indicated they wanted their child to return.
The letter you have received (if requested) contains lots of useful information. Please take some time to read over this information and share the details with your child as appropriate.
If you have requested sessions this term but not had an email yet please check your junk and if you have not had the email please get in touch with your child’s teacher via email (all email addresses are on the class pages).
Please see the letter regarding updates on nursery pupils – Nursery letter
Thank you for you patience, support and cooperation during these challenging times.
Last chance to complete survey
Dear parents / guardians,
We are able to offer pupils a small number of check-in, catch-up and prepare days before the summer holidays.
We are limited to the number of pupils we can have on site per day. It is essential that anyone who wants their child to return to school completes the survey below.
This survey closes at midday on Monday 22nd June.
If you have already completed the survey once you do not need to do so again

COVID-19 Video tour
We are very proud to have been a pilot school for Carmarthenshire council in the safe reopening of schools. We have been fortunate to setup our school early and share examples of our reopening plan, risk assessments and key documents with schools across Carmarthenshire and beyond.
We respect the decision of all parents as to whether or not your child returns to us for check-in, catch-up and prepare days. We hope that the information shared to date has been helpful in making your decision.
Please see below the latest video filmed by the council this week at Ysgol Bryn Teg.
COVID-19 reopening information
Today we have published a new Covid 19 webpage – https://ysgolbrynteg.j2bloggy.com/covid-19/
On this page you will find a video including pictures of changes to our school, questions and answers, useful documents and a question box.
In addition to this we have changed the class pages so that they now include a photo of the class, information about coming back and a class risk assessment.
We hope that you find this information useful in preparation for any pupils returning to school.
